Autumn events at the Jura family base: Discover exciting offers!

In the heart of the communities of Beratzhausen, Hemau and Laaber there is an exciting initiative that aims to bring families together. The “Family Support Center Jura” offers free advice that is specifically aimed at families. The director, Catharina Romir, has planned a series of events for October that are both informative and entertaining.

A special highlight are the “Open Office Days”. These days offer an excellent opportunity for those interested to come along without prior registration. On October 7th, 2024, visitors can take part from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Hemauer Zehntstadel, on October 10th in the town hall in Laaber and on October 11th in the Zehntstadel in Beratzhausen from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. These open doors enable families to find out about the family support center's offerings and to ask questions.

Exciting activities for children

Another exciting event is the event for the little “plastic detectives”. On October 18, 2024 at 2:30 p.m., the children will meet in the foyer of the Hemauer Zehntstadel to go on exciting garbage investigations. This activity, organized in collaboration with Fiona Christoph from “Sustainable as a Family”, lasts approximately 1.5 hours. The children will learn how to trace the garbage in their surroundings. It is recommended that you bring sturdy shoes and drinks as the event will take place indoors if it rains. Due to limited places, registration with Catharina Romir is required.

The Jura Family Support Center is not only a place for advice, but also a space for community and learning. Events are designed to support families while providing fun.
