The city of Wörth an der Donau has extended an invitation to a special afternoon for seniors. On November 2nd, 2024 at 2 p.m. there will be a social gathering in the “Am See” inn in Weihern, which should last until around 5 p.m. Participants can enjoy a relaxing afternoon with coffee, cake and a warm atmosphere.
The program for this seniors' afternoon promises some highlights. Mayor Josef Schütz will welcome the guests and the inn musicians will provide musical entertainment. This type of event not only offers an opportunity to exchange ideas, but also an opportunity to make new acquaintances and maintain old friendships.

To ensure that all seniors can reach the event, buses will be used as in previous years. The city asks participants to be at the bus stops on time to adhere to the departure times. There are two bus lines that will pick up guests.
The first bus line starts at 1:15 p.m. from various stops, including the Gasthaus Lutz and the Tiefenthal fire department. Arrival in Weihern is scheduled for around 1:45 p.m. The return journey takes place at 5:00 p.m.
The second bus line begins its journey at 1:10 p.m., with stops in Kiefenholz and Wörth, before arriving in Weihern, also at 1:45 p.m. Here too, the return journey is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. The city of Wörth recommends keeping an eye on the estimated times and being ready in good time.
