New lectures for parents: support in the autonomy phase and more
The Coordinating Child Protection Agency (KoKi) in the district has exciting news for parents. Anyone interested can now register for three new online lectures, which will take place from October to December. Not only are these lectures free, but they also provide valuable information and support for families in various situations.
The lectures are specifically designed to support parents in their everyday lives and give them helpful tips. On October 16th from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. the focus is on the autonomy phase of children. This phase can be challenging for many parents, as children at this age often test their own limits and throw tantrums. Speaker Julia Berschneider will explain to the participants that such reactions are completely normal and how they can lovingly accompany their children during this time.
Diverse topics for parents
On November 14th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. the lecture “That little bit of household work – what is really important in stressful times” is on the program. This shows how you can better organize the many tasks in the household in order to achieve more structure and satisfaction. Christine Achhammer, an experienced housekeeper, will give valuable tips to make everyday life easier.
The last lecture will take place on December 11th from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and is entitled “Time for me – yoga with baby”. In this short unit, parents can try out relaxing yoga exercises, including with their baby. These exercises are simple and require no prior knowledge, so anyone can take part. Alexandra Kaiser, a qualified yoga teacher, will guide participants through the exercises and help them take a little break from stressful everyday life.
Registration for the lectures is now possible. Those interested can contact us by phone at 0941 4009-608 or by email koki@lra-regensburg.de register. Further information is also available online at www.landkreis-regensburg.de/koki to find.
