In an important announcement, the water supply association for the district of Regensburg Süd announced that from now on no more reading cards will be sent for the garden water meters. This is a direct result of installing digital water meters, also known as radio water meters. These modern devices allow meter readings to be taken automatically, which greatly simplifies the process.
The reading is now carried out by radio, which means that the meter readings of the garden water meters and the meters for private profit systems no longer have to be read manually. Instead, the data is transmitted directly to the wastewater disposal association in the Pfattertal. This happens on the reading date, which is September 30th every year.
Important information for citizens
Citizens are requested to ensure that their meter readings are reported to the association in a timely manner. The address for the report is: Aukofener Str. 17, 93098 Mintraching. It is important that all affected households observe this new regulation in order to avoid possible misunderstandings.
