Riekofen Municipal Council: Important meeting on September 10, 2025!

On September 10, 2025, the Riekofen municipal council will gather for an important meeting in the meeting room of the Sünching administrative community. The notice of this meeting was issued on September 4, 2025 and signed by Schiller Johann, the first mayor of the municipality of Riekofen. The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

This decree, dated July 4, 2025, lays down the current legal basis for local elections and was sent to the Hessian Association of Cities and Municipalities for forwarding to cities and municipalities. The most important points include, among other things, information on the preparation, submission and approval of election proposals as well as on the design of electoral districts and polling rooms and the composition of the electoral bodies. The decree also highlights the latest changes to the legal situation, such as the Law on Improving the Functioning of Local Representative Bodies, which came into force on April 1, 2025, and the Eleventh Ordinance amending the Local Election Code, which was enforced on April 10, 2025.
