On November 3, 2025, the Aichacher Stadt-Info will move to new premises at Stadtplatz 37, the former Blue-Point location. This step is intended to support the further development of the city's service offering. Every year, Stadt-Info records around 8,000 contacts and is a central point of contact for information, advice and service offers. The extensive offering includes, among other things, information and advice on municipal facilities, museums and cultural offerings, the sale of garbage bags and tickets for local events.

In addition, vouchers for gifts and incentives are sold, tourist advice is offered and e-bikes are available for rental from the summer months. City tours and group visits can also be booked via the city info. What is particularly noteworthy is that from November onwards, Paartal Energie will be offering advice on energy supply and changing providers.

Opening week and special promotions

In the opening week, which features a varied program, the city information center will be closed in the week of October 27, 2025 due to the move. The consultation times in the opening week are as follows:

• Donnerstag, 06.11.: 9.00 – 12.30 Uhr und 13.30 – 18.00 Uhr
• Freitag, 07.11.: 9.00 – 12.30 Uhr

From November 11th to December 18th, 2025, the city information center will be open every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., and every Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

To celebrate the reopening, those responsible have come up with some special activities. The first 100 visitors will receive a glass of champagne on Monday.
