Trausnitz Municipal Council: Important decisions on November 7th

The Trausnitz local council will meet on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the meeting room of the community center at Hauptstrasse 22.

Meeting agenda

The agenda includes several items. First there is information from the mayor. In addition, questions from the last meeting will be answered. Another point is the announcement of non-public resolutions from the local council meeting on October 10, 2024.

An important topic is property tax reform. The adjustment of the assessment rates from January 1, 2025 will be discussed here. The Southeast Link is also on the agenda. The approval of special uses of public roads in section C25 is also addressed.

Another point concerns the construction and operation of two wind turbines in Trausnitz. For this purpose, public authorities are involved in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Ordinance.

In addition, subsequent approval of excess and unplanned expenditure in the 2023 financial year will be discussed. The local audit of the annual accounts for the 2023 financial year is also on the agenda. The audit report is presented, followed by the determination of the final results and the annual financial statements. Relief in accordance with Article 102 paragraph 3 of the municipal code is also discussed.
