Pfatter community is looking for child care staff!

The municipality of Pfatter is currently looking for suitable care staff (m/f/d) for lunchtime and homework supervision and has published a job advertisement for this purpose. Employment is on a part-time basis, with working hours mainly in the afternoon and based on childcare times. The aim is to look after the children during lunchtime and support them with their homework. In addition, emphasis is placed on participating in the design of a structured care environment.

The responsibilities of the new staff are diverse. This includes not only direct care of the children, but also close cooperation with the school, the provider and the care team. A key requirement for applicants is that they enjoy working with children. In addition, a sense of responsibility, reliability, flexibility and empathy are of great importance when dealing with the children in care.

Job Requirements and Compensation

An independent and structured way of working as well as good knowledge of German are also required. With regard to remuneration, this is carried out in accordance with the TVöD guidelines.
