New organic stand: Hoferbauer enriches Hemauer weekly market
The Hoferbauer from Waltenhofen is now represented at the Hemauer weekly market. The family business has been adding to the circle of market suppliers since the beginning of November. He offers his products every two weeks, always in the odd calendar weeks. The offerings include organic certified oils from our own company.
Regional organic products
The product range includes linseed, rapeseed, walnut, hazelnut, pumpkin seed, hemp and sunflower oil. Ancient grains, flours, vinegars and gift sets are also available. The farm builder is run by the Dinauer family. mamaBirgit, DadChristianand the childrenJonas,SimonandJuliaDinauers run the business. The name “Hoferbauer” has been on the property that the family manages in Waltenhofen for generations. The business has been certified as a Naturland organic business since 2018.
All oils are cold pressed directly on the farm. The usual heat treatment is dispensed with. This makes production particularly gentle and the oils particularly high quality. The Dinauers also run a farm shop. There they fill oils into containers they brought with them. The farmer is also occasionally represented at daily markets in the region. However, Hemau is the first and only weekly market they participate in.
“When a spot became available recently and market masterAndreas EhrlWhen it came to us, the decision was made quickly. We are looking forward to the Hemauer weekly market and are excited to see how our products are received,” saidChristian Dinauer.
