The town of Hemau traditionally honors outstanding personalities from the larger community at its annual New Year's reception. Suggestions for honors can now be submitted again for the next New Year's reception on January 9, 2025.

Suggestions for honors

We are looking for citizens who have distinguished themselves in 2024 through impressive achievements in school, professional, sporting or social areas. Suitable people can be suggested or contact the city of Hemau in the mayor's office by December 8th, 2024 at the latest on 09491.9400-0 or at stadt@hemau.de. Please provide all relevant information such as first and last name, date of birth, outstanding achievement and current activity and provide proof of the special achievement.
