The Bavarian Red Cross (BRK) is recruiting for support and new supporting members. The action takes place in the western district of Regensburg. The Red Cross members need the help of the people in the region. Supporting members are important for the voluntary work of the BRK.
Door-to-door advertising in the district
The campaign to recruit new supporting members runs until mid-December. The door-to-door advertising starts on Monday, November 4th, 2024. The advertisers wear Red Cross clothing and are legitimized by the BRK. However, they do not collect cash.
The support helps provide necessary equipment and materials. These are important for civil protection and help in emergencies. The BRK's volunteers provide their services during major events, evacuations and floods.
