The Pyrbaum market is currently looking for a committed person for the position of sewage attendant. This permanent, full-time position is available to fill immediately and plays a central role in the management of the municipal wastewater system.
The tasks are diverse and require both technical know-how and practical skills. The main tasks include controlling and monitoring the processes in the wastewater facilities as well as checking drainage networks. Employees must also be able to read and interpret measurement data to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
Tasks and requirements
Another important aspect of the job is the inspection and maintenance of pumps, basins and pipes. This also requires repairs that must be carried out quickly and efficiently. The analysis and documentation of wastewater samples is also part of our daily tasks.
For this demanding position, a completed vocational training in the craft sector, ideally as an electronics technician with a focus on automation or control technology, is required. Physical resilience and the willingness to continue training are also important. Applicants should also be prepared to take on on-call duties and have a class B and CE driving license.
