Eva Nutz: The Deininger Christ Child brings Advent magic to the village

The Advent and Christmas season is fast approaching. This year willEva Nutzfrom Siegenhofen the Deininger Christ child. She takes on the role of the heavenly ambassador and will accompany us through Advent. The Christ child has now been officially presented and will be present at numerous events, such as the Christmas market.

Events and visits

The Christ child is dressed in a silk brocade dress and a tiaraMarion Sachafrom Mittersthal. In addition to the opening of the Christmas market on the third weekend of Advent, the program also includes visits to the Caritas St. Anna retirement home, the St. Josef daycare center, the Sonnenschloss daycare center, the nativity scene exhibition and various Christmas celebrations. It's going to be a busy time forEva Nutz. The children are especially looking forward to the Christ child. On the Christmas market Saturday, it welcomes visitors around 6 p.m. On the following Sunday, it supports the children of the two daycare centers in singing Christmas carols and distributes small gifts.
