Details for inspection
Information on how to view the planning documents can be found on the Federal Railway Authority website. Information on formal procedural objections is also available there. The Federal Railway Authority acts as the hearing authority. Due to its obligation to be neutral, it cannot answer any questions about the plan documents during the interpretation.
The concern of the objectors is evident from the planning documents. These must be viewed by the objectors independently and on their own responsibility. If there are any open questions or points, these must be submitted in the form of an objection to the procedure. The objections will be passed on to the project sponsor for response.
Discussion date and contact options
The objections can be discussed with the project developer and the hearing authority at a later hearing. Objectors have the opportunity to ask the project sponsor questions. Only the functional email inbox SB1-mue-nrb@eba.bund.de is available for queries. The postal address of the Munich branch of the Federal Railway Authority can also be used.
Objections in ongoing proceedings can be submitted electronically or by post until the end of the objection period. In accordance with the current legal situation in railway plan approval procedures, the objection can be submitted as a normal email via the functional mailbox mentioned. All important information can be found in the current notice of the procedure.
