Bible stories for children: Family afternoon in the MuseumsQuartier
A family afternoon will take place in the MuseumsQuartier on January 20, 2013. Children can listen to Bible stories and get creative there.Irmtraud Schickerreads the respective story from the children's Bible for various pictures in the exhibition. Between readings, the children create a community picture, which is then exhibited in the museum. After the readings there is a cozy get-together with tea and a baked star, which the children can either eat straight away or take home with them. The artistTom Brankovicis also present and draws minute cartoons in exchange for a donation that goes to a social institution. Adults can make themselves comfortable in the “Museum Cafe” and visit the museum. Coffee, cake and soft drinks are offered.
Event details
The offer is aimed at children aged 5 to 9. Parents, grandparents, siblings and anyone interested are also warmly invited. The fee for children is 3 euros; accompanying persons have free entry. The number of participants is limited. Registration is required by Friday, January 18th at the museum by calling 09631/6122.
