Round table on the future of the FFH and SPA areas: Your opinion counts!
The government of the Upper Palatinate invites you to a round table. This takes place for the FFH area 6741-371 “Chamb, Regentalaue and Regen between Roding and the mouth of the Danube” as well as the SPA area 6741-471 “Regentalaue and Chambtal with Rötelseeweiher area”. The event is public and is aimed at property owners, communities and associations.
Information about Natura 2000
The Free State of Bavaria has set up an ecological network of fauna, flora, habitat and bird protection areas under the name “Natura 2000”. The aim is to preserve the natural heritage and promote sustainable land use. Farmers and forest owners contribute to the diversity of species through their careful treatment of nature.
Management plan and event
The mapping work in the above-mentioned FFH and SPA area has been completed. The draft management plan is available. This describes the necessary measures to ensure the conservation status of the area. The draft is explained and questions are answered at the round table.
The event will take place on two dates: on Tuesday, November 19th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the large meeting room of the Furth im Wald town hall and on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the nave hall of the Old Cham town hall. Registration is not required.
