The thunderstorm activity will be noticeable from midday in southwest Germany, where local heavy rain of up to 15 liters per square meter is expected. Later in the day the thunderstorms will spread across southern Baden, Upper Swabia and Middle Franconia. Heavy rain can occur there, which can produce up to 40 liters per square meter in a short time.
