New regulation of the water supply: New statutes for Regensburg-Süd!
On January 29, 2026, the new association statutes of the water supply association for the Regensburg-Süd district were published. This new decree, which was adopted on November 27, 2025 and also issued on that date, will come into force on January 1, 2026. It was published in the official gazette for the Regensburg district on December 19, 2025. The statutes were signed by Rainer Sinn, the second mayor, and made available for inspection in the office of the special purpose association in Mintraching, Aukofener Str. 17.
The association's statutes can also be found on the official homepage of the association at www.wzv-regensburg.de be retrieved. The notice, which contains the details of the statutes, is dated January 28, 2026 and will also be posted on February 10, 2026. The notice will be taken down after a deadline of February 24, 2026.
