On Wednesday, October 23, 2024, an important meeting of the Building and Environmental Committee will take place in Laaber town hall. This meeting will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will begin with site visits, followed by a meeting in the Town Hall Boardroom. The agenda promises to cover some interesting points that are important for the development of the community.
The first phase of the meeting includes tours that give committee members the opportunity to get an idea of the current construction projects. This is an essential step in making informed decisions. Following this, various building applications and preliminary building requests will be discussed, which are on the agenda.
Building applications in focus

First, an application for an extension of an existing building permit for a residential building with a carport in Endlfeld, Kapellenweg 3a will be processed. Another application concerns the extension to a hall in Hinterzhof, Grubenweg 4. Here it will be checked whether the expansion of the hall meets the requirements of the community. Finally, an application to build a terrace roof in Großetzenberg, Am Zufang 9, will also be discussed. These projects are part of ongoing efforts to improve infrastructure and housing quality in the region.
Following the discussion on the planning applications there will be a 'Miscellaneous' item which will provide space for additional issues that may not have been on the original agenda. Please note that the public meeting will be followed by a closed meeting in which confidential matters may be discussed.
