Free care advice in the Regensburg district: consultation hours on October 17th.

In the Regensburg district there is an important contact point for people who need support in difficult life situations. The Care Support Center Plus offers a valuable resource for everyone who has to deal with the issue of need for care. Situations often arise unexpectedly in which relatives or those affected need help, be it due to an accident, a sudden illness or other circumstances that can result in the need for care.

In order to help these people, the care support center is organizing a consultation hour in the town hall on October 17, 2024. It is important to make an appointment in advance in order to make the most of the advice. You can contact Birgit Mai on 0941 4009 198 or Stefan Steinkirchner on 0941 4009 712. Alternatively, interested parties can also send an email to birgit.mai@lra-regensburg.de.

Comprehensive support for those affected

The care advice offered as part of the care support center is free and neutral. It is aimed not only at older people, but at everyone who suddenly needs support. The consultants are certified and offer individual solutions that are tailored to the personal needs of those seeking advice. A home visit or a consultation at the district office can be made by making an appointment by telephone.

A central goal of counseling is to help those affected stay in their own home for as long as possible. A personal care plan is created that is tailored to each individual's specific situation. “We want to help people improve their living situation and inform them about the support options available,” says Birgit Mai. The advice is also preventative, so that measures can be taken in good time before acute help is necessary.

The consultation hours in the town hall are an excellent opportunity to find out about the various offers and services. The consultants are available to answer questions and find individual solutions. So if you are in a difficult situation or just need information, you should take advantage of this opportunity and make an appointment.
