Deuerling local council: Important decisions on building planning and fees

Building applications and construction projects are the focus of the meeting of the Deuerling local council. The building application submitted for the extension of the attic at Lusenstrasse 1 did not receive the approval of the municipality. However, an exemption from the development plan is granted for the construction of a stainless steel fence at Lusenstrasse 40.

Municipal heat planning

Heat planning in the Free State of Bavaria is now the responsibility of the municipalities. Municipalities with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants must draw up corresponding plans by June 30, 2028. The municipality of Deuerling must now make decisions for the municipal area or future planning areas. Therefore, cooperation with engineering offices should begin soon.

Meeting dates 2025

The meeting dates for 2025 have been set. The municipal council meetings take place on the following days: January 14th, February 11th, March 11th, April 8th, May 13th, June 10th, July 8th, September 9th, October 14th, November 11th and December 9th.

Adjustment of the cemetery fee regulations

At the suggestion of a fellow citizen, the fee regulations for the cemetery are being adjusted. In the future, burial fees will be reimbursed proportionately after the rest period has already been fulfilled. The revised version of the statutes is scheduled to be approved in November.

New lifting crew

The local council decides on an assessment rate for property taxes A and B of 280. This means that the assessment rate remains unchanged.
