This year's holiday program culminated in an exciting construction machinery day. The event attracted numerous children who looked at the various machines with shining eyes and full of anticipation. The construction yard employees were on site to introduce the young participants to the impressive equipment and give them the opportunity to get hands-on.
Under expert guidance, the children were allowed to excavate themselves, drive a loader, control the caterpillar and even sit in a truck. The enthusiasm was palpable when the little site managers gained their first experience with the large machines. It was a day full of laughter and joy that gave the children unforgettable memories.
Support and food
The members of the OGV Leutenbach kindly took care of the catering for the participants. The children and their families were able to strengthen themselves during the event and enjoy the atmosphere. The support from local companies such as Meier Computersysteme GmbH from Deining and Wagner from Mittersthal was also an important part of the success of this event.
A big thank you goes to all the helpers whose commitment and time helped ensure that the holiday program ran smoothly. The community looks back on a successful summer and wishes all students a successful start to the new school year.
