Call for funding for small projects: Regional budget 2025 in Aurach
The ILE Altmühlland A6 merger is planning a regional budget of 75,000 euros for 2025. This budget should be applied for at the Office for Rural Development in Middle Franconia. The funding is provided under the Rural Development Financing Guidelines. The call for funding requests is aimed at small projects.
Funding requests for small projects
The requests must meet certain conditions. This includes creating equal living conditions and improving basic services. Nature and climate protection as well as digitalization also play a role. Small projects may cost a maximum of 20,000 euros. A project can only be applied for once. A division to undercut the costs is not permitted.
The implementation of the projects must not have started yet. The start of the measures is determined with the submission of a binding declaration of intent. For economic activities, the EU regulations on de minimis aid must be observed. Projects that support civic engagement and improve living conditions are eligible, among other things.
Important deadlines and contact persons
The projects must be completed by October 1, 2025 at the latest. Applications must be submitted by November 21, 2024. The donation is made as a grant. The funding amounts to up to 80 percent of the eligible costs, but a maximum of 10,000 euros. Small projects with a funding requirement of less than 500 euros will not be funded.
The projects are selected by a decision-making committee. This is made up of representatives of regional actors. The criteria for project selection include, among other things, conformity with development goals and sustainability.
