Telekom expands mobile network in Pöttmes: 5G for the future!
Deutsche Telekom plans to expand a cell phone location in calendar week 46. The location is in Pöttmes, Augsburger Str. 12 a. The aim of the work is to make the location fit for the future. Telekom would like to complete the work in the same week.
Technological upgrade
The location is being technologically upgraded to the latest antenna and system technology. This means customers can continue to use the best network. After the conversion, 2G, 4G and 5G technologies will be offered.
Impairments during work
It may happen that it is not possible to make calls on the cell phone while work is being carried out. Calls may also not be possible during this time. If the affected cell phones are logged into the WLAN, the users will probably not notice the upcoming work.
