Individual consultations from the BRK: health care power of attorney and living will in focus
Advice on prevention and care in the BRK
The Bavarian Red Cross Care Association (BRK) offers a valuable opportunity for citizens to find out about important topics such as health care power of attorney, living wills and care directives. These one-on-one consultations are specifically designed to help people in the community better understand their legal options and plan the necessary steps.
During these consultations, participants can purchase Department of Justice brochures containing blank forms. This is particularly practical because it means those interested can work directly with the documents they need. Anyone who has already completed forms is also welcome to bring them with them and ask questions about them. However, it is important to note that these consultations are not a substitute for legal advice. If you have legal questions, citizens should contact a lawyer or notary, as the care association cannot carry out certifications.
Registration and appointment scheduling
Registration for the consultations is done via Ms. Hell, who works in the administration of the care association. Those interested can call them atTelephone number:08251 885613or via e-mail register. Around 30 minutes are planned for each client in order to have enough time for individual questions and concerns. In addition, individual appointments in Aichach can be arranged at the care association outside of these regular times.
