This morning the large Christmas tree will be put up on the Upper Market Square in Tirschenreuth. The city's building yard and the carpentry workshopScharnaglfrom Großkonreuth are responsible for this. The tree comes from the city forest and is therefore a real “Tirschenreuther”.
Details about the Christmas tree
The spruce is around 12 meters high and weighs 600 kilograms. It is now right in front of the town hall. In the coming days the Christmas tree will be decorated with LED fairy lights. These should light up for the first time on the 1st of Advent.
Photos of the installation show the work of the building yard and the carpentry department. The anticipation of Advent is growing in the city.
