The Teublitz weekly market will be the venue for a colorful autumn festival on Friday, October 4th, 2024. From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the market square around the town hall will be transformed into a festival for the senses that will attract both locals and visitors. The organizers, consisting of the market suppliers and the city of Teublitz, have put together a varied program that has something for every taste.
The selection of food and drinks is diverse. From savory snacks to sweet treats – the market stalls offer a wide range of delicacies. Particularly noteworthy are the horse sausages and bratwurst from the Vetter snack bar and the crispy fried chicken from the popular provider Karlheinz Meckl from Katzdorf. Visitors will also enjoy fresh vegetables and fruit from the Köstlmeier vegetable farm in Regensburg-Winzer. Wine lovers can look forward to a fine selection of Mosel wines from Regensburg, which also invite you to try them.
Treats and musical entertainment
The autumn festival promises not only culinary delights, but also an entertaining supporting program. The Mayerhof will be represented with traditional white sausages and pretzels, while Kerstin Krempl from “Das Leben Genuss” will offer her delicious honey products. The Teublitzer “herb witch” Steffi Franek will be bringing her extensive range of spices and herbs, and the Soller bakery will be presenting its popular farmhouse breads and other autumnal specialties.
A special highlight of the festival is the morning pint, which is organized by the Teublitz Women's Association. Here, guests can relax with freshly brewed coffee and delicious cuisine and refresh themselves with cool drinks. The musical accompaniment will be provided by the duo “Leonberger Bierfilzlmuse”, whose sounds will create a good atmosphere.
