Two graduates are successfully starting their careers at Schwandorf Town Hall
There was recently a special occasion for celebration in the Schwandorf town hall. Mayor Andreas Feller presented warm congratulations to the two newly qualified administrative assistants, Laura Auditling and Tamara Wieland. The two women completed their training with flying colors and successfully passed their exams. “It’s a pleasure to see how well our trainees have done,” said Feller, emphasizing the importance of well-trained specialists in today’s world.
Laura and Tamara's training began on September 1, 2021 and spanned three instructive years. During this time, they worked through various departments of the city administration, which gave them valuable insights into the different areas of responsibility. The school part of their training took place at the Bavarian Administrative School and at the vocational school in Regensburg, where they acquired the necessary knowledge to be successful in administration.
New challenges and tasks
Laura Examling has already taken up her new tasks in the city treasury, where she is familiarizing herself with the processes. Tamara Wieland, on the other hand, started working at the municipal water and district heating supply. Both graduates are now ready to apply their knowledge and skills in practice and make a valuable contribution to the city of Schwandorf.
The congratulations didn't just come from Feller. Stefan Schamberger, the head of the Office for Public Security, Order and Personnel, as well as the deputy head of the staff council Sabine Brunner and the youth and trainee representative Lisa Kühner also joined in the warm words. They wished the two young women much success for their professional and private future.
