Nadja Seidl: Successful completion of training as an administrative assistant

The city administration of Burglengenfeld has a new star in the administrative sky: Nadja Seidl has successfully completed her training as an administrative assistant. Mayor Thomas Gesche, managing director Wolfgang Weiß and staff council chairman Thorsten Hausler agreed that Seidl's achievement was remarkable. “No matter what office you worked in during your training – everyone was extremely happy with you,” said Gesche, praising the young specialist.

Seidl began her training in September 2021 and has now mastered it with flying colors. She was honored for her outstanding achievements at a small ceremony in the mayor's office. “We are all happy and grateful to have you,” said Wolfgang Weiß, who emphasized Seidl’s versatility and commitment. Thorsten Hausler also agreed with the praise and emphasized that Seidl was always friendly and helpful.

A look into the future

After her training, Seidl will now work in the city administration's treasury department. This department is responsible for financial management and plays a central role in the city's organization. Seidl has already shown during her training that she can handle even complex tasks with flying colors. “I really enjoyed the training,” she said and looked optimistically to the future.

Seidl plans to further expand her knowledge by completing the BL 2 specialist course as early as spring 2025. This course is an important qualification for administrative assistants and will help them become even more competent in their profession. The city of Burglengenfeld is fortunate to have such a committed and talented employee in its ranks.
