Water law permit for rainwater in the Regensburg district
A new water permit is announced in the Regensburg district. This concerns the discharge of rainwater from the R 7 district road. Wild runoff water from the outer catchment area of the R 7 district road may also be drained into the subsoil and into the Hungerbach. The decision comes from the Regensburg district office and is dated October 17, 2024.
Public inspection
The corresponding permit is available from November 4th, 2024 to and including November 18th, 2024 in the town hall of the city of Wörth a. d. Danube for viewing. The exact location is Rathausplatz 1, 93086 Wörth a. d. Danube. At the end of the interpretation period, the permit is deemed to have been delivered to the other affected parties.
