Important changes are coming to the community's households on December 4, 2025, as the annual water meter reading process begins. In the coming days, the meter reading letter will be sent to all households by the real tax office. This was announced by [Wiesent].
The reading letter contains a QR code that takes residents directly to the entry page for their meter readings in the citizen service portal. The entry of meter readings is possible until January 6, 2026 at the latest, although the administration expressly requests that this should preferably be done online.
