Report water consumption: Important information about the 2024 annual reading

The water supply association - Wenzenbacher Group - provides information about the annual reading of the water meters in December 2024. From mid-December 2024, letters to report water consumption will be sent to those connected.

Report water consumption

Water consumption can be reported in different ways. One option is to report online via the association's homepage. Alternatively, connection recipients can use the QR code on the cover letter or visit the Wenzenbach municipality's citizen service portal. It is also possible to report by email, fax or post.

For connection users with electronic radio meters already installed, the reading takes place automatically. This data will be read out by the association in the first weeks of January. In this case, reporting water consumption is not necessary.

Important instructions

There are some important tips about reporting. Only whole cubic meter readings without decimal places can be reported. Double reports, for example via QR code and by email, should be avoided.

In addition, changes to the floor or property area must be reported. This is required in accordance with Section 15 of the Contributions and Fees Statutes for the Water Charge Statute (BGS-WAS). Structural changes that increase the floor area must be reported immediately.
