The municipality of Wenzenbach has updated its event calendar and provides important information about registering events. About an event in the community calendar to be registered, those interested must fill out a specific form. This must be sent to the e-mail address ordnungsamt@wenzenbach.de. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Pestner on 09407/309-120 and Ms. Huf on 09407/309-124.
The form requires information about the organizer, including name and address, as well as about the event itself, such as date, time, type of event and venue. After submission, it will be entered into the official event calendar and published in the official gazette.
A variety of events are welcome
The range of possible events is diverse and includes, among other things, annual general meetings, new elections, flag consecrations, anniversaries, parish celebrations, first communions, confirmations, Christmas parties, theater performances as well as cultural events and summer night festivals. The official gazette of the Verbandsgemeinde of Monsheim will appear on Saturdays from January 2025 and will contain public announcements, official notices and news from community life.
