There is reason to be happy in the Thalmassing town hall! Emily Engelbrecht, the community's first trainee, has successfully completed her training as an administrative assistant. In August she proudly held her training certificate in her hands, a symbol of her hard work and commitment during her training period.
Ms Engelbrecht's official takeover took place on September 1st, meaning she now remains part of the town hall team. Mayor Raffael Parzefall, training manager Markus Meister and human resources officer Annika Dirnfelder are excited about her degree and the opportunity to work with her. “We are very happy that Emily is staying with us and will support us in various areas,” said Mayor Parzefall.
Diverse tasks in the town hall
In her new role, Ms. Engelbrecht will work in several important areas. This includes the main office, building regulations, insurance and the topics of electricity and energy. She will also make her contribution to the residents’ registration office. This variety of tasks shows how important her position is to the community and how she can contribute to efficient administration.
The training to become an administrative assistant is a demanding and versatile training course that provides trainees with comprehensive knowledge of public administration.
