Pure adventure: 60 children enjoy unforgettable 4-day trips!

On September 2nd, 2025, the community of Thalmassing will look back on the successful 4-day trips that took place on August 25th, 2025. Around 60 children took part in this colorful program, which was led by a dedicated team of supervisors. The supervisors included Alisia Buschmann, Elisabeth Angerer, Tobias Parzefall, Lukas Endter, Marina Kiendl and Maria Furthmeier. The municipality has decided to carry out these trips to offer the children unforgettable experiences.

The first day was all about astronomy. The children received exciting insights into the world of stars and planets during a visit to the Munich Observatory. The second day took the group to the Atlantis adventure pool in Herzogenaurach, where they had fun on the slides and in the wave pool.

Afternoon excursions and adventures

On the third day, the young participants experienced the impressive forest treetop walk in St. Englmar, followed by a relaxing time in the Aquatherm Straubing. This combination of adventure and relaxation seemed to be well received by the children. On the last day we went to the Geiselwind leisure area, where roller coasters, various shows and various rides awaited the children.

Overall, the supervisors rated the trips as a complete success. Thank you to all the helpers and the community who made these events possible. There is already great anticipation for the next event next year.
