New application for water rights permit: Südstarke GmbH informed
Südstarke GmbH is applying for a new permit under water law to be granted. This permit concerns the discharge of treated wastewater from the sewage treatment plant into the Danube. The application relates to parcels 2176 and 1063/8 in the Gmünd district, Pfatter municipality.
Public inspection
The planning documents can be viewed in the town hall of the municipality of Sünching. The display period begins on November 13, 2024 and ends on December 13, 2024. During this time, interested parties can view the documents during office hours.
Deadline for objections
Objections to the project are possible until December 30, 2024. These can be made in writing or for recording during normal business hours.
