Public display of the development plan in Viehhausen started!
On September 22, 2025, the renewed public display of the development plan No. 41 “Mühlbergstrasse” in Viehhausen was announced. This announcement is based on Section 4a Paragraph 3 in conjunction with Section 3 Paragraph 2 of the Building Code (BauGB). On September 17, 2025, the construction, procurement and environmental committee of the municipality of Sinzing approved the revised draft for the first amendment to the development plan in order to promote comprehensibility and legal clarity.
One of the main changes in the draft is that no specific type of structural use is specified for parcel 2. In addition, the building line of plots 13 and 13a was shortened to the area of the building boundary. This revised plan completely replaces the original development plan from 1996. The scope includes several properties in the Viehhausen district.

Citizen participation and the participation of the authorities are carried out in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 2 and Section 4 Paragraph 2 BauGB. The plans and justifications, including an environmental report, are available online between January 6, 2025 and February 7, 2025 www.frankenthal.de visible. During this period, statements can be made electronically, in writing or on record.
The preparatory environmental investigations include various reports, including subsoil investigations and geotechnical reports prepared by well-known engineering companies. This information plays an important role in further planning in order to sustainably assess the environmental impact.
