Election of the first mayor

In addition, a nomination for the position of first mayor was submitted. The applicant, Reinhard Knott, is a master of agriculture and currently holds the office of first mayor of the municipality of Mötzing. He is supported by the Haimbuch Free Voters Group.

Another important aspect for voters is that they have the opportunity to submit nominations until January 15, 2026 at 6 p.m. These additional submissions can be sent directly to the returning officer or handed in to the office building during general office hours. Deadline management is therefore clearly structured and gives those eligible to vote ample opportunity to organize their votes.
