Christmas wishes tree in the town hall: joy for needy children
This year there will once again be a “Christmas Wishes Tree” in the foyer of the Lappersdorf town hall. The initiative comes from the market town councilorElke Steiger. She receives support from the First MayorChristian Hauner.
Wishes for needy children
In collaboration with the Lappersdorf family support center, Ms. Steiger collects many colorful wishes from children in need. These wishes are each worth around 30 euros. The wish cards hang on the Christmas wishes tree in the town hall. From November 25th, people who want to give joy can pick up the cards. The gifts should be fulfilled by December 9, 2024.
Drop off and pick up gifts
The cards can be taken from the tree during town hall opening hours. The wrapped gifts must be returned together with the wish card. Anyone interested should contact the information desk.
From December 16, 2024, children and young people can set off with their families to pick up the gifts.
