Important construction plans and fee changes: Deuerling local council meets!

There will be a public speaking time at the beginning of the meeting, followed by the approval of the minutes of the 57th public meeting, which took place on July 8, 2025. A central topic will be building applications and preliminary building inquiries. There are several applications on the agenda, including the installation of an apartment in the attic and a new building with a garage on Rachelstrasse. A building permit for the construction of a single-family home is also under discussion.

Construction planning and fee adjustments

The meeting will also deal with land use planning in the neighboring town of Nittendorf. A new residential area “South of Buchenstrasse” is planned, for which construction plans will be submitted for approval. In connection with the construction project, current developments in heat planning in Bavaria were also discussed. In the future, responsibility for these plans will lie with the municipalities, with municipalities with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants having to draw up appropriate heat plans by June 30, 2028. Another point that will be discussed at the meeting is the adjustments to the cemetery fee regulations. In the future, grave fees will be refunded pro rata after the rest period has been fulfilled. Other topics on the agenda include the purchase of a new multi-purpose vehicle for the Deuerling volunteer fire department and the expansion of the power supply for the school and kindergarten. There will also be an announcement of the legal supervisory opinion on the 2025 budget. In the non-public meeting that follows the public meeting, various points will be discussed, including complaints from residents about littering in the clothing collection containers.

The municipality of Deuerling has also committed itself to coordinating an event calendar and will finally announce the schedule for the 2025 citizens' meeting. Further measures, such as the dedication according to the Bavarian Roads and Paths Act, are also part of the comprehensive meeting program.

The meeting itself is called by the First Mayor Diethard Eichhammer, whose commitment to the needs of the community has been highlighted several times recently. With an advisory approach, Deuerling expects a constructive discussion on the planned projects that will benefit both the community and its citizens.
