Public council meeting in Eglsee: Important topics on November 14th.

On Thursday, November 14, 2024, a public meeting of the local council will take place at 7 p.m. in the youth room of the St. Marien kindergarten in Eglsee. The agenda includes several items of interest to citizens.

Agenda items

First, there are contributions from listeners. Approval of the minutes of the public part is then on the agenda. An important point is the development plan for the Brunn-Autobahn commercial area. A change procedure for the Breiten-South sub-area is presented here. Fraktal Development GmbH from Frankfurt presents a concept for this.

Another point concerns the revocation of the planning decision of February 14, 2019. In addition, a planning decision for the first change to the Brunn-Autobahn development plan with an integrated green space plan is being discussed.

In addition, the cemetery fee regulations will be discussed. A speed reduction on State Highway 2235 is also under discussion. An application for traffic regulation in Brunn, near Kirchhof, is also being processed.

In the further course of the meeting, building applications and preliminary building inquiries will be discussed. This includes a building application for the conversion of a double garage into a sales room for agricultural products at Riedstrasse 1 as well as a building application for the construction of a new garage with a basement at Katzenbuckelstrasse 17 in Frauenberg.
