Water meter reading 2024: Important information for households in Wenzenbach
The water supply association -Wenzenbacher Group- provides information about important aspects of the annual reading of water meters. From mid-December 2024, connection recipients will receive letters to report their water consumption for 2024.
Report water consumption
Reporting water consumption can be done in different ways. Users can report online via the association's homepage, using the QR code on the cover letter or via the Wenzenbach municipality's citizen service portal. Alternatively, reports can also be sent by email, fax or post.
For connection users with electronic radio meters, the reading takes place automatically in the first weeks of January. These users no longer have to report their water consumption themselves.
It is important that only whole cubic meter readings without decimal places can be reported. In addition, double reporting, for example via QR code and email, should be avoided.
Changes in floor or property area
The association asks that structural changes that increase the floor area be reported immediately. This applies, for example, to the expansion of attics or the addition of winter gardens. According to Section 15 of the Contributions and Fees Statutes for the Water Fees Statute, those liable for contributions and fees are obliged to report such changes and provide information about the extent.
