Water law permit granted for the Hauzendorf-Nord building area
With a decision from the Regensburg district office dated October 17, 2024, the municipality of Bernhardswald was granted a higher water permit to discharge rainwater from the “Hauzendorf-Nord” development area into the Wenzenbach. This decision is an important step for the development of the area.
Public inspection
The extended permit and the associated plans will be available for inspection in the town hall of the municipality of Bernhardswald from November 4th, 2024 to November 18th, 2024. Interested citizens can view the documents at Rathausplatz 1, 93170 Bernhardswald.
Legal validity of the permit
At the end of the interpretation period, the permit is deemed to have been delivered to the other affected parties. This means that the decision becomes legally binding unless objections are raised.
