The city of Neunburg vorm Wald and the surrounding communities have come up with something very special to give the 2024 summer holidays a breath of fresh air. Starting this year, the popular holiday program will no longer only be offered in printed form, but will be given a digital platform that makes it easier for parents and children to discover the numerous leisure activities on offer. This initiative by the ILE Schwarzach-Regen aims to present the variety of activities in the region at a glance and to simplify registration for the courses.
The digital platform will be open to the public from July 18, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Parents and children can then find out about the various events and register from the comfort of their own home. The idea behind this innovation is to make access to the offers easier and to encourage participation in the activities. Registration takes place exclusively online, which means that users can access the information at any time and regardless of the organizers' opening times.
Diverse offers for everyone
The holiday program offers a wide range of activities designed for children and young people from the member municipalities of Bodenwöhr, Dieterskirchen, Neukirchen-Balbini, Neunburg vorm Wald, Pemfling, Pösing, Schwarzhofen, Stamsried and Thanstein. The selection ranges from trial fishing to watercolor painting to stand-up paddling courses. Those responsible agree that there is something for every taste and hope that the children also take advantage of the offers in the neighboring communities.
The mayors and program managers worked intensively on the planning and implementation of the platform.
