At a recent meeting, the Lohberg local council took a significant step by repealing the “Schwarzenbach” development plan. This decision, which was made on July 17, 2024, follows a draft plan created by the Brandl & Preischl planning office from Cham. The council's approval marks an important moment in urban planning, as such decisions can often have far-reaching consequences for the development of the community.
The public now has the opportunity to actively participate in this process. As part of early participation in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 1 of the Building Code (BauGB), interested citizens can view the relevant documents. These are accessible from August 26, 2024 to September 30, 2024 in the Lohberg municipal administration, Rathausweg 1 a. Inspection is possible during general business hours from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
