Regina Blaschko says goodbye: New management for children's gymnastics in Gleissenberg

The gymnastics and exercise classes for children at SV Gleissenberg-Lixenried have been given a new coat of paint. Regina Blaschko, the long-standing and valued director, has said goodbye to her role after eight years. At a warm farewell party held last week, the children honored her with a small picnic and gifts. The parents joined in the words of thanks and emphasized the valuable time that their children were able to spend with Regina.

The good news: Children's gymnastics is still offered! The new leaders, Simone Greil, Verena Weihrauch and Melanie Weingärtner, have agreed to take on responsibility. These three mothers bring a breath of fresh air to the exercise sessions, which are intended for children aged one and a half years until they start school. The meetings will take place as usual every Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the multi-purpose hall, and the first hour is scheduled for September 19th.

New management and exciting activities

The new trainers are looking forward to offering the children a varied and entertaining time. Interested children have the opportunity to take part in the lessons twice for free before they have to become a member of the sports club. During gymnastics lessons, parents are responsible for supervising their children, which plays an important role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the little ones.

In addition to the classic gymnastics lessons, the new leaders also plan to offer outdoor activities when the weather permits. These include, among other things, hikes and sledding, which give children the opportunity to let off steam in nature and gain new experiences.

The new trainers are happy to help anyone who needs more information or has questions about membership. Simone (0172 8342370), Verena (0162 4285239) and Melanie (0172 8606368) are looking forward to meeting new faces and having a great time with the children.
