Arrachs Seepark gets a new instrument path for music enthusiasts
An exciting event is coming up in the community of Arrach: On Thursday, August 22, 2024, a partnership meeting of the cross-border community alliance “Künisches Gebirge” will take place in the picturesque Seepark. This event promises to provide a platform for exchange and collaboration between the communities involved.
The meeting aims to strengthen relationships between communities and promote joint projects. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange ideas and plan future initiatives to benefit both citizens and visitors to the region. The Seepark, known for its idyllic location and leisure opportunities, offers the perfect setting for such a gathering.
Expansion of the car sharing offer
Another important issue in the municipality of Arrach is the extension of the car sharing program. The community calls on everyone interested to secure advertising space to support the maintenance of the car sharing location. This initiative aims to promote environmentally friendly mobility and provide residents with a flexible transportation option.
Car sharing prices have also been updated. For 2023, users can rent a diesel-powered minibus for 6.90 euros per hour. A one-time registration fee of 0.00 euros makes getting started particularly attractive. In addition, 300 kilometers are free per booking, which makes use even more economical.
The municipality has also invested in the safety of its citizens. A renovation of the bridge in the Seepark was carried out to ensure the safety of pedestrians. This bridge, which represents an important connection between the car park and the leisure area, has been equipped with a new larch wood surface, which is also non-slip. The costs for this measure amounted to around 2,000 euros.
Another highlight is the new instrument path in the Seepark, which is intended to appeal to music lovers and walkers alike. Over a distance of one and a half kilometers, visitors can discover 25 panels presenting various musical instruments. QR codes on the boards allow users to watch short videos in which music teachers introduce their instruments and give musical samples.
With these initiatives, the municipality of Arrach shows that it not only responds to the needs of its citizens, but also finds innovative ways to strengthen the sense of community and improve the quality of life. The upcoming events and projects promise to further increase the region's attractiveness and promote cooperation between the communities.
