A look back at past events

In advance of the anniversary celebration, there were already important events in Sulzbach-Rosenberg. The open day took place on April 11, 2025 at the Amberg-Sulzbach State Building Authority to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the castle. The move into the castle dates back to March 30, 2000. The renovation of the historic building took seven years and cost around 30 million marks. A celebration of this anniversary took place on May 17, 2025, which offered numerous attractions.

The event attracted many visitors and aimed to present the work of the building authority in a clear and citizen-friendly manner. State Minister Christian Bernreiter and other guests of honor were present on behalf of the city and the building authority. The program included musical contributions, performances and creative activities for children, which made the festival a family event.

The importance of employee events

Employee events not only play a central role in recognizing long-term employee achievements, but also promote team cohesion. In times of home office and digital communication, personal encounters are becoming increasingly important. Such events increase the motivation of the workforce and improve communication between departments.

Companies that regularly organize employee events report higher employee satisfaction and lower fluctuation rates. However, planning these events requires a well-thought-out concept that includes, among other things, goals, budget and choosing the right location. Follow-up and collecting feedback are also crucial for the long-term success of such events.

The anniversary celebration of the city of Sulzbach-Rosenberg is not only a gesture of recognition, but also illustrates the efforts to create a positive corporate culture and the appreciation of employees.
