Traffic obstructions and noise: US maneuvers announced in the Upper Palatinate
Traffic disruptions have been announced in Upper Palatinate. The combat exercise “Combined Resolve 25-01” will take place from January 18th to January 25th, 2025. Around 1,850 soldiers take part. The exercise takes place both on military property and in open areas, outside the Hohenfels military training area.
Traffic disruptions and disturbances of the peace
Traffic disruptions are to be expected during this time. Disturbances of peace at night are also possible. 28 helicopters will be used during the exercise. These can affect residents.
Damage caused by the US armed forces can be reported using a form. A corresponding application for compensation for maneuver damage is available.
