Own electricity for everyone: Balcony power plants made easy in Freudenberg

Energy prices are rising and many people are wondering how they can reduce their electricity costs. In this situation, balcony power plants offer an exciting solution. These small solar systems enable everyone, including tenants, to generate their own electricity. It's easier than you think: you simply hang up the solar panels, connect the inverter and plug the whole thing into the socket. This means you can directly use the electricity you produce yourself and reduce your own electricity bill.

A new law, the “Solar Package I”, has significantly simplified the installation of photovoltaic systems (PV systems). There are fewer bureaucratic hurdles, making it more attractive for many people to switch to solar energy. This is particularly important in times when energy prices fluctuate significantly and dependence on large energy suppliers is questioned.

Lecture on balcony power plants

To find out more about the use of balcony power plants and the advantages of the solar package, Karl-Heinz Hofbauer from ZEN e.V. will give a lecture. He will explain how you can operate your own solar systems efficiently and what requirements need to be taken into account. He will also discuss the solar potential register, which is helpful when planning larger PV systems.
